Hilda Ehrke, née Hoffmann, was born on 17 April 1887 in Vienna, the daughter of Leopold and Wilhelmine Hoffman, née Weigner.
She was the widow of Richard Ehrke, who was a senior postal inspector and had two children with her.
Richard Ehrke's entry can already be found in the address books of 1925. At that time, the address was Haupstraße 64, which was merged with Cäcilienstraße to Kronprinzenalle in 1935. In 1949, the house was given its present address, Clayalle 323.
Hilda's husband Richard must have died in 1935/36, and from 1936 until 1943 Hilda Ehrke is listed as a widow in the address book.
On 23 January 1943, Hilda Ehrke was deported to Ravensbrück and from there, presumably on 17 February 1943, to Auschwitz, where she was murdered on 29 March 1943.
