Charlotte Matzner, née Rudermann, born on February 26, 1900 in Berlin, was an accountant by profession and lived with her mother Johanna Rudermann, her four siblings and her two daughters at Chodowieckistraße 10. Together with her daughter Ruth, she was committed to the former Jewish old people's home at Große Hamburger Straße 26 before being deported to the concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz on February 9, 1943. Her younger daughter Miriam was able to emigrate to Israel after the Pogrom Night.
